Founded in 1994 from the amalgamation of PINTSCH BAMAG Antriebs- und Verkehrstechnik GmbH, Dinslaken (Germany), and SINUS ABEN B.V., Zeist (the Netherlands), the company has now its headquarters in Maarssen, the Netherlands, with a branch in Dinslaken.
